This bakery on Rue Barbara is famous for its Label Rouge Baguette Bagatelle. Sylvain Pasquier, the baker, is one of 150 bakers in France to produce this artisanal baguette. Sylvain also makes other special breads, such as the 2 kg tourte de meule, buckwheat bread and organic breads. As for viennoiserie, try our home-made croissants, sourdough brioches and kouign-amann! New range of pastries with Gianduja éclair and tarts. At lunchtime, a wide choice of sandwiches is available.
