The ideal place to discover the region's freshwater fishing products. Mr. Mister is a fisherman and brings back from his outings, notably on Lake Grandlieu, the famous glass eels but also lampreys or shad. Sandres, pike, eels and frog legs are also among the pleasures on offer on the stalls. Madam is in charge of fish preparations, such as cod skewers, rillettes, terrines, organic smoked salmon or brandade. Finally, note the demanding selection made by its suppliers of caviar and smoked fish from Petrossian Paris. A fresh address that smells of regional specialities.
