L'EPI DU FERMIER SCHUMAN
They are not 1 but 2 beautiful addresses of district, namely shops-markets where one comes to fill up in fresh products, with this2nd address opened boulevard Schumann in September 2021 (towards the traffic circle of Rennes) after the first one towards Canclaux. Our days are greedy 7 days a week because it is also open on Sundays! Here Luchiano, supported by Romain the creator of the stores, welcomes us with a smile. You can find bulk food products but also a nice section for organic fruits and vegetables! And very important : Sébastien, the chef, prepares daily take-away meals with market products. We have beautiful savory pies and other salads in jars, local "pasta boxes", chutneys, coleslaw, but also his sublime pastry sweets (chocolate triangle, cookies, banana bread ...). You can also find organic baby food from a Vendée producer. Of course, here good drinks: local beers but also softs and all that is necessary for the aperitif with spreads. In addition we listen to the radio "patate douce", a very cool digital radio. A point of honor is put on the reception and the listening of the needs of the customers with councils, receipts and a card of fidelity. To discover without delay to have the smile and the potato!
