Battos is the project of two friends from the hotel school: Lucie Colombatto, in the dining room, and Gladys Battault, in the kitchen. Les Battos, the nickname given to them when they were teenagers, became an obvious choice when it came to choosing a name for this place, where regal is the key word! The restaurant, which opened in January 2022, complements the small, cozy, but above all very well-stocked grocery store! Flavored pickles, fruit vinegars, beers with multiple flavors, gourmet breadsticks and other very good products are waiting for you to embellish your plates! The Battos have tested all their merchandise before offering it for sale. Trust is also the key word!
