Moneko is a local citizen currency circulating in the Nantes region within a network of individuals and professionals (merchants, producers, etc.). The principle? Convert euros into this currency (1 € = 1 Mk) in digital or coupon format, which can then be used in shops, services and activities. The idea is to create a virtuous circle: the exchanged euros are placed in ethical banks and used to finance projects in the 44. To get money, you just have to fill your account online, or to go to the exchange counters or directly to the association's headquarters. An interesting initiative in the economic field!
