A cloud of sweetness in a cocoon of delicacies. For a sweet break, Boëma is the place to be. You can enjoy a delicious raw cookie dough without eggs, made with cooked wheat flour. White chocolate, pecan nuts, salted butter caramel or peanut butter, some are gluten-free and vegan. They are embellished with candies, chocolate bars or other sweet treats. A new cookie dough is offered each month. The specialty coffee is high-end, as are the hot chocolates. The white chai is made with white chocolate and chai tea, a hot drink from India. At lunchtime, the choice of savory toasts respects the changing seasons.
