A CANTINA
A few steps from the Place du Commerce, in the rue de Kervégan is located in Cantina (the wine cellar in Corsica). A family history for this institution with three: a restaurant, a brasserie and a wine bar. The cosy atmosphere is an invitation to the tasting of a good glass or a good bottle. By entering, the high-tech wine cellar will be appercevoir. This winery "Enomatic" has a system for the preservation of wines once the bottle is open. Result: if the bottle of Puligny-Montrachet, Pommare or Side Roasted is a bit over-exchanger, A Cantina can serve only one glass! An excellent alternative to your health and wallet! In the wine list you will find a Pessac-Léognan, a Chassagne-Montrachet, a Saint-Emilion or a Margaux… The sommelier chooses its producers and is committed to the quality of what it serves! These gentle nectars, however, deserve some accompaniment. If you go from 18 p. m., we recommend the board option: Cold meats, cheese or foie gras accompany what you decide to drink! Original also and to discover "the wine board" a tasting of 5 glasses of 3 cl (2 glasses of white and 3 glasses of red) such as a true sommelier. For dinner, consult menus that will always give you good surprises.

Otherwise in terms of tapas, the cured ham is excellent.
