LA CAVE PARALLELE BAR
Jérôme welcomes you to his parallel world, a zero-alcohol cellar at the foot of the Grue Jaune. The warm, colorful space has been designed with the codes of a cellar in mind, to showcase a fine selection of 350 non-alcoholic beverage references. You had to think about it. The rumcito (rum, ginger and lime) is worth a detour, but it's not the only one. The softs are just as sparkling and the beers, always alcohol-free (a nice alternative), are bursting with flavor. As are the de-alcoholized wines and flavored varietal juices. For lunch or dinner, there's charcuterie, crackers and spreads with hummus or organic vegetables. But you can also treat yourself in the artisanal grocery store. On offer: sausages, spreads, meat, vegetable and fish terrines.
