The framework is exceptional. Located in one of the buildings of the former LU factory, on the edge of the Saint-Félix Canal, the Unique Place, besides being a place of cultural exploration, with concerts, exhibitions, conferences or meetings, is also a bar. Inevitably, in the middle of this cultural whirlwind, cross here the audience coming to see the different shows or exhibitions to the rich and varied programming, the readers of reading came to tour the bookshop Wind of West, people passing to the Hammam Hammam for a little relaxation session. More it is quite rare to have such a large bar in Nantes, you do not feel at all locked.
