The name is a nod to Barbara's love of fine wine and Rémi's cuisine. With its quality suppliers, this bistronomic establishment and wine cellar has it all. On the menu: crispy lamb confit, spider veal, grilled octopus... Not to mention sublime desserts. The products are fresh from the market, and the flavors are clearly present - bravo to the chef! As for the cellar of local, organic and other wines, it offers muscadet, burgundy, chablis and wines from winemakers... In short, passion and a treasure trove to be discovered in the rue des Hauts-pavés.

Nous avons dîné dans ce restaurant, hier. De l'amuse bouche au dessert, nous nous sommes régalés. Les plats étaient travaillés, raffinés, faits maison. Le service était également très bien.
