Nice restaurants in Nantes to enjoy French cuisine with modern accents in Nantes.

A nod to Audierne, the Breton town from which chef and owner Jérémy hails, Gwaïen is an establishment with a cosy, pleasant atmosphere. In the kitchen, Jérémy draws on his taste for authenticity and his savoir-faire to highlight French cuisine with a modern twist. The short menu includes buckwheat blinis, lime feta and smoked salmon. Next up: delicious pollack with roasted carrot and cauliflower mousseline, or breaded turkey escalope. And to finish on a gourmet note, we recommend the financier with mint orange salad or the crème brûlée. Excellent value for money and a great address.
