A short, refined menu of fine French cuisine with a modern twist.

A nod to Audierne, the Breton town from which Jérémy the chef and owner hails, Gwaïen is a cosy, pleasant establishment. In the kitchen, Jérémy draws on his taste for authenticity and his savoir-faire to sublimate French cuisine with a modern twist. On the menu, which is also available in vegetarian mode, choose from pollack with roasted carrot and cauliflower mousseline or breaded turkey escalope. And to finish on a gourmet note, you'll love the financier with mint orange salad. A very fine address.

Le restaurant est un peu à l'écart dans une rue calme. L'ambiance est agréable, chaleureuse. et le service parfait Nous avons pris l'accord mets vins et tout était délicieux, maitrisé et raffiné. La cuisson des poissons est à tomber ....Très bon rapport qualité prix, allez y les yeux fermés vous ne regreterez pas.
