Daily changes, dishes and desserts are recorded every morning on a large slate and fish are always honored on the basis of local delivery of the day. The proposed succulent entries prove this with a risotto of hulls, thym and lemon bushes, or even mayonnaise, or mackerel rillets with green lemon. To you the thin filet of potatoes in potato scales, shell butter, bohemian of root vegetables to the telescope and mashed potatoes. At Marcel, the spoiled dishes are also honored! Meat lovers also find their happiness with a pork roast (in the net) confessed to cider, vegetable cream to the toestow, mashed potatoes or a bullnut and its apples… Don't miss desserts (white cheese, honey mascarpone and almonds, basing chocolate and caramel on salted butter) or gourmet coffee. Table de 28, tout le monde a mangé chaud et tout le monde était très content de son repas
