It's said that the true Liège waffle is best enjoyed plain... The one from Waff'n roll, at Titouan's, does indeed stand on its own. But the additions are pretty damn tasty! The (regional!) salted butter caramel, the totally Belgian speculoos, the more discreet with melted chocolate sticks, or the proposal of the moment for ambitious hungers. Surprise: the waffle is also available in savoury sandwiches (creamy chives and salmon, or cheddar, pulled pork and fried onions...). Salads, paninis, cheese bites and chicken tenders are also available. And when you say Liège, you say Belgian fries, so there's plenty to whet your appetite! And you can leave with a pack of waffles to heat up.
