C.est parfait et c.est mérité. Acceuil au départ au son de sa guitare avec un personnel aux petits soins...et surtout un moment convivial.
Je vous parlerai en premier de ces petits vins de propriété que le chef recherche et si possible en bio sans sulfites ....un régal
Sa carte ou menu d.un prix très serré ne se construit qu.avec des produits du jour et 100% frais...ce qui fait notre bonheur gustativement parlant et à un prix que beaucoup de restaurateurs devraient copier.........
Je vous parlerai de ces poissons ou de son tartare succulent et préparer à votre convenance, quand au désert, c.est bien sur maison
Enfin un amoureux de sa cuisine et de la vie...ça fait du bien....et souhaitons lui de continuer pour notre plus grand plaisir avec quelques fois le soir à notre départ l.accompagnement de sa guitare
