The vineyard offers a variety of wines, including Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie AOC Blanc, with vintages ranging from 2019 to 2022. The vines are planted on silico-clay soil and are 40 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand, using sustainable methods. The wine is then vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 7 months. The vineyard also offers Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Le Pallet AOC Blanc, vintage 2019, aged on lees for 24 months. This wine is characterized by an intense, mineral nose and a fruity, rich, powerful palate. The vineyard also offers IGP Val de Loire "Blanc" wines made from Melon and Chardonnay grapes, as well as wines with no geographical indication, such as Cuvée les Quartz rouge and Cuvée les Quartz rosé, made from égiodola grapes.

Bedouet Vigneron is a family estate located in Le Pallet, in the Muscadet vineyards. Founded in 1957 by Henri Bedouet, the estate is now run by Michel Bedouet and his son Antonin. The vineyard has been farmed organically since 2010, respecting nature and the balance of the soil. The wines produced are renowned for their fine minerality and pure expression of terroir.
