Ty Mad, meaning "good house" in Breton, is one of Le Croisic's finest restaurants. It's right on the harbor that chef François Thorel prepares a bistronomic cuisine based on seafood, with his flagship dish, choucroute de la mer. Other examples of his cuisine include crunchy red tuna and foie gras with Périgourdine sauce, and fillet of beef with ligot au Curé nantais and Périgourdine sauce. For a sweet conclusion, Trop Mad: roasted pineapple and apples with vanilla, Saint-Guénolé cookie ice cream, or a winter seasonal fruit finger.

Accueil agréable mais service du midi un peu trop long (1h45 pour entrée plat dessert)

Accueil jamais vu auparavant, une patronne qui passe à nos pieds en nous toisant, sans répondre à notre bonjour ! Trop de clients certainement, c'est plus la peine d'être agréable... nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir rebroussé chemin car en plus, le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas ( quantité limite, boeuf nerveux et dur ) ..resto rayé de notre liste
