Saint Alys is one of the sure values of the Côte d'Amour. It is located just in front of the Croisic marina. The welcome is warm and attentive. The decoration is a natural reminder of the sea, with its beautiful frames. As for the cuisine, everything is homemade with fresh, local and seasonal produce. The emphasis is on taste and a special effort is reserved for the preparation of the plates. You can taste the remoulade of buckwheat leaf cake, avocado folded with pistachio oil or the poached bass with tarragon, creamy polenta with truffle, chorizo emulsion. Excellence also applies to desserts, particularly the famous Breton shortbread with candied apples and pears, caramel ice cream with salted butter. Très bon restaurant traditionnel
Un très bon restaurant. Cuisine et produits de qualité. La salle est plutôt petite ce qui garantit la tranquillité. Service agréable. Un repas très agréable pour un prix correct par rapport aux autres établissements du même genre sur la côte.
