This creperie is the oldest in Le Croisic. Founded in 1936, it is known for its ancestral recipe of a unique and creamy cheese. Choose the Ker Le Bot pancake, homemade sausage poached in cider, cheese, homemade onion confit and to conclude, the Duchess Anne pancake, caramelized apples, vanilla ice cream, topped with hot salted butter caramel.
