Gastronomic creperie offering hearty dishes to enjoy on the terrace in Le Croisic.

The room is small, but in summer you can enjoy the terrace in front of the typical building. The team makes it a point of honour to maintain the Breton traditions around traditional buckwheat galettes and wheat pancakes, made from Breton organic flours, and the use of local products for the fillings. We chose the Flamiche pancake, leek fondue, lardons, emmental cheese, and for dessert, the Montélimar pancake, homemade caramel, poached pear, caramel ice cream, whipped cream and praline. Constant quality and copious dishes.

Deux samedis de suite, en dépit du fait que nous soyons arrivés à une heure tardive pour déjeuner — aux environs de 14 h — dans une salle quasi-comble, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire, servis rapidement... et, de surcroît, nous nous sommes régalés ! J'espère que la patronne, alors qu'elle nous apportait le café, excusera mon ami dont la main, tandis qu'il m'expliquait avec force gestes la formation de la terre et de la lune, est entrée brutalement en collision avec la tasse... littéralement satellisée ;-)
