Traditional cuisine with very affordable menus made from products in La Montagne.
Located in the commercial and artisanal area of La Montagne, the Atelier de Carole is full of all the midis. Reservations more than recommended so! The warm setting, carried out in a "workshop" spirit with shades of gray, metal, wood; fine volumes spread over two levels; the clarity of the premises is all part of making this place a place where we feel good. The extension offered with the veranda allows you to enjoy the view of the gardener, all in a quiet atmosphere with acoustic signs absorbing noise. But the Carole Workshop also attracts its very affordable menus from fresh produce. Traditional, family and simple cuisine, but controlled, with the image of cod and its vanilla vanilla sauce, extended by a gourmet coffee. The service is considerate and effective. To his mind: Carole and Jean-Loïc held a bakery bakery in Bouaye until 2013. The bread is manufactured by their care and presented on a cutting board. The couple also offers homemade cookies (cookies, meringues, pallets, cracks…) for retail sale. It's hard to leave without a little bag…
