Gourmet address offering an inventive and tasty cuisine
Almost two years ago, Nadia, after an experience at the head of a restaurant near Nantes, opened this gourmet address. Passionate about self-taught cooking as well as decoration, Nadia had the desire to cook without the constraints of a restaurant. She therefore chose an establishment offering takeaway meals. But surprised by the success of her Gourmet Anchorage, she finally set up three small tables to sit and anchor at lunch, snack or dinner time. Because there is no time to enjoy its delicious creams, panna cotta and other Breton fars, creams or muffins. As for the salty dishes, what a (very) pleasant memory for those who tested them! From guinea fowl mashed potatoes, parsnips and pears conference or small salted lentils, the trip is exquisite. Nadia also offers a catering service. In addition to inventive and tasty cuisine, we also like the delicate and refined dishes that decorate the tables. A true gourmet poetry!
