Restaurant offering creative and seasonal cuisine in Guérande.
The chef attaches particular importance to the fact that "things must taste as they are". A creative cuisine combining freshness and respect for the seasons, in order to regularly renew the short menu composed of 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts, the suggestions of the moment and each lunchtime the dish of the day. Example of dishes: a lobster broth and ravioli with Asian flavours, or a pan-fried fillet of beef and its beef juice with truffle oil. For dessert, try the speciality: the Paris-Guérande, a revisit of the famous Paris-Brest.

L'accord mets vins très adapté. Le pigeon façon royal exceptionnelle. Un vrai coup de cœur tout comme le tiramisu.
