A beautiful modern setting, ideal for dining and staying in Villeneuve-en-Retz.

Catherine and Didier Veronneau welcome you in their restaurant. The chef prepares traditional cuisine with dishes inspired by local products and invites you to discover their specialties: frogs' legs and eels. You will enjoy the shrimps casserole, the creamed vegetables and fish fumet for starters. For the main course, you can choose between the duck parmentier young shoots with balsamic vinegar or the cod fillet, chorizo cream with mashed sweet potatoes. For the sweet touch, try the revisited lemon chiffon pie.

établissement de qualité. chambres spacieuses et exceptionnelles. l'accueil et la restauration irréprochable. séjour de 4 semaines. merci.
A touch in keeping with what we saw and felt when we visited in November with our friends and I apologized invited to have them in this restaurant where the welcome was not nicer, a round table next against the wall which causes to present a 3 places for 4 people. .une cuisine and a menu with 20,50€) characterless, from €185 bill for 4 with a coffee in more added at the end of the bill you do not know why! and to crown it all the cats house take a nap on a table, while guests are informed by the ntermédiaire a superb poster on the entrance that pets are not allowed in the dining room and the terrace.
I lunched, on August 16th with my wife and if the address had not been recommended by Petit Futé, narrow main street access with lots of traffic and old façade unattractive. Once inside, we liked the reception, the decor of the old room, then the menu at €20.50 which was rather classic (gizzards chicken or crab tart, then steak with melted of cl and fried, then chocolate fondant with ice cream). Everything is cooked, well presented and very copious. A good address that we recommend.
