Jérémie Huchet, an organic winemaker from the Nantes vineyards, opened this pretty guinguette in May 2022. His aim is to introduce visitors to Muscadet and the countryside around Château-Thébaud. We appreciate the conviviality, the tranquility and the setting. Under the pergola in the heart of the vineyards, on the terrace or in a deckchair in the meadow, Huchette, a blond beer with hints of lemon verbena, can be enjoyed with sausages grilled in Muscadet, mogettes and green salad, a leg of free-range chicken with potatoes or a seasonal salad. The wines are biodynamic, like Cru Château-Thébaud or Cru des Quinze Hommées. Desserts are homemade. If you're a wine traveler, this is the place to come for a break.
