Open 7 days on 7, from 6 a. m. to 11 p. m., 365 days a year, you have no good reason not to do sports. Elancia wants to be a warm, efficient and accessible sports center, where you can forget the «I have seen» side of some rooms. The centers are open regardless of age or level. Sports advisors establish a personalized training program with you after drawing up your form. You are then the happy owner of a USB key that contains your program, guides you in your training and records your sessions to enable you to evaluate your progress. Everyone can make progress at its own pace. You will benefit from the two classrooms and over 50 aircraft at your disposal (cardio and muscular tonification). If you prefer class courses, they are also offered abback courses, fessions, stretching, etc.

In 2018, Fanny opened this place dedicated to getting back into shape in water heated between 30 and 32°. In the pool, you can enjoy a range of activities, accompanied by music, in a pool bathed in subdued light. Activities include sporty ones such as Aqua'Bike, Aqua'Fast and Aqua'Cardio. For the more daring, there's Aqua'Boxing, where you fight an invisible enemy and let off steam to music. There are also more gentle but complete sessions with Aqua'Renfo or Aqua'Zen. The facility also welcomes children from birth with Aqua'Bébé and from 4 to 10 years of age for swimming lessons. There's something for everyone, so you can move like a fish in water!

Artligne offers a wide range of group classes to take care of our health. This club welcomes us in a chic and cosy atmosphere. Moreover, the Nantes artist Eno Krüger has been given carte blanche to create huge colorful frescoes. As for sports, there is something for everyone. An aquatic area, fitness rooms, fitness or combat sports, there is only to choose. The coaches are there to accompany us, whatever our level. More than 100 classes per week have been thought out and programmed to meet our expectations. After the effort, the comfort: a lounge space so that we can relax after our session.
