PEDZOUILLES SE RE' BEEF

Situated not far from the Atout sud shopping area and Trentemoult, a little removed from the urban bustle, Les Pedzouilles se Re'beef is the restaurant of Benjamin and Coralie (owners of the Jargus in Nantes for connoisseurs and amateurs). The establishment, housed in a building completely renovated for the occasion, is distinguished firstly by its imposing grey stature, and secondly by its sign: a black coat of arms on which is drawn a tractor with the name of the restaurant. All beautiful grey and with a pretty wooden terrace for sunny days, Les Pedzouilles is more than a restaurant, it's a cafetier, butcher, sausage maker and omelet maker. That's all! But it is above all a concept and a state of mind, that of eating well and having fun on the plate. Here everything is homemade with very good products. The cooks, including Benjamin the chef, have fun and make their own sausages and other small dishes served in the good franquette, just like the sausage, presented in a spiral so that everyone can cut his piece as he pleases. The beautiful butcher's cuts (visible to the customers) rub shoulders on the menu with omelettes, burgers, salads, fish and other vegetable gratins; the aim being to offer a real cuisine for all tastes and every day. Understand flavour, sharing and terroir. Decoratively speaking, it is perfect: between the liberty tapestry, the chairs relooked with film paper, the pretty fabrics and the DIY design lights.
