Restaurant with terrace, a good plan for a gourmet meal, in the heart of the vineyard in Bouaye.
The hotel is located away from the city center, in the countryside so in the heart of the vineyard. And we feel good at this restaurant. Perhaps partly thanks to the chimney, where the meat is grasped on a fire at the vine sarments. In the beautiful days, we settle on the large terrace. On the kitchen side, of course, it is recommended that the recipes cooked in wood fire (boudin, magret, sausage, coquelet…) but also beef tartare, calf livers and calves, Loire fish and seafood, or frog legs… The restaurant also developed group menus for 90 people in the room, 75 people on the terrace or 30 people in an isolated room. A simple and charming stay for gourmet meals.

Once a shame because of choice.
Super service, friendly and brisk.
Cooking fish was just perfect, and eels were delicious.
