Restaurant with a nice bar, a comfortable bistro room and a terrace with a view on the Loire.
Near Nantes, on the dyke overlooking the south bank of the Loire, this restaurant with a terrace and an unobstructed view of the Loire River offers elaborate, quality cuisine at a reasonable price, with, for starters, an egg casserole, spinach emulsion and smoked salmon, followed by a roasted salmon aioli and, lastly, a Golden apple confit with Kaçha butter, salted butter caramel, and an apple sorbet. It's fresh, good and the service is impeccable. In the evening, the chef offers a more elaborate menu, with a special emphasis on Loire Valley specialities, such as pike-perch fillet with beurre blanc.

Repas de Famille, menu special fête de Noël, les enfants et petits enfants se sont régalés, cuisine haute gamme très raffinée, tout était exquis. Très bon service. Serveuse souriante. A découvrir impérativement.

Très haut niveau de cuisine en adéquation avec le prix, accueil sympathique, personnel souriant, néanmoins le samedi soir ou nous sommes venus nous avons eu un peu d'attente environ 30-45 minutes avant d'être servi, ensuite les plats se sont bien enchaînés. La cuisine est très bonne, les plats sont travaillés. La décoration intérieure était assez sympathique à l'étage avec la grande photo du restaurant vintage.

Excellent restaurant. Tout etait parfait de l’entrée au dessert. La sauce au beurre blanc etait exceptionnelle. Service au top. Je recommande.
