Le cadre est 4 étoiles mais pas le service. Climatisation défaillante, petit-déjeuner pas prêt, d'ailleurs plus proche de celui d'un formule 1 que d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. N'espérez des œufs, du fromage ou même du pain frais. C'est direct du micro-ondes... quant à la réception, elle est fermée, faut appeler et attendre... bien décevant.

Pas de bouteille d'eau en chambre, car j ai réservé en dernière minute, à 18h00 ????
Pas de produits d'accueil dans une chambre " de luxe"
Eau chaude et froide inversée au lavabo
Hier soir, il y avait deux chambres occupées, donc 1 ou 2 autres personnes à part nous ce matin au petit déjeuner : ils ont réussi à nous mettre sur la même table, sans avoir nettoyé les miettes sur la table et la chaise...
Le diable se cache dans les détails.
C'est un lieu sans aucun doute magique pour un événement, mais pas en tant qu' hotel de court séjour.

Beautiful building and rooms were of a good standard. It was odd though, hardly anyone there and restaurant/bar was closed (they did tell us in advance though). It felt like more of a wedding or conference venue.
