Quelque Soit le plat ..meme les cafés étaient tiedes !
Cette fois c’est plus la créativité et la qualité de l’assiette qui est en jeu. C’est surprenant car l’équipe est d’habitude époustouflante.
Le service est trop inégal d’une personne à une autre, on ne sent pas de maîtrise. Il manque un « chef » je dirais qui surveille et qui veille à la bonne marche du service.
J’y retournerai une fois pour me rassurer sinon …
