Thérouanne has a rich historical past that is reflected in the museum's collections. Three chronological sections present the discoveries of the Gallo-Roman period, the sites with plans and ancient documents and finally the medieval period: ancient engravings, seals of the bishops of Thérouanne, but also arrowheads and cannonballs and other objects discovered during the excavations.
