Since 1974, Le Gardian has been welcoming you in the heart of the city in a pedestrian street that allows a beautiful terrace in summer. The restaurant-pizzeria-grill offers a family, friendly and warm atmosphere. A la carte, you will find many salads, pasta, pizzas and meats. Among the specialities: Ch'ti tartare du Chef (prepared tartar coated with cured ham and melted maroilles) or the duo of camembert and maroilles, breaded and fried, Gardian sauce. You will also find here the regional classics for a very good quality-price ratio.

1ère expérience au Gardian hier soir, on a beaucoup aimé.. les pizza et la calzone sont vraiment top.. nous reviendrons.. le gros + de ce resto est la gentillesse des serveuses.. souriantes, aux petits soins, ça change de certains restaurants voisins de la rue Louis Martel. Nous reviendrons ça c'est sûr.

When you don't reserve upfront in Saint-Omer, you end up in a place like this.
The staff is very friendly, but the food... I took the suggestion of the day: a bavette de vache sauce poivre. I asked to cook the piece of meat medium, but it arrived well done and it was very tough. Also the peppersauce was like cement. The 2 stars for the food is because the fries were good.
I was amazed that the place was almost full, because i'm not returning there.

Personnel très convivial, pâtes aux saumon délicieuses et pizza pour monsieur, un régal !! Un super moment en terrasse ☺️
