Alsatian wine farm concerned with the environment and in conversion to organic farming, run by a mother and her daughter.
On the slopes of Marlenheim, Florence and Sandra reinvent the estate with passion and commitment. Since 2020, mother and daughter have been working together on 6 hectares on the slopes of Marlenberg and Grand Cru Steinklotz, cultivating the 7 Alsatian grape varieties with respect. HVE3-certified since 2020 and AB-certified since 2024, their viticulture banishes pesticides and herbicides in favor of manure, herbal teas and mechanical plowing. The result? An expressive palette of white, red and Crémant wines revealing the soul of varied terroirs: limestone, sandy-clay, sandstone!

La propriétaire du domaine a pris le temps de nous présenter ses vins et l'histoire du domaine.
La carte des vins est très claire, mais propose de superbes vins. Ma femme a particulièrement apprécié l'excellent Gewurztraminer, tandis que j'ai préféré le Pinot Gris.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander une visite à tous ceux qui se trouvent dans la région et qui souhaitent découvrir des vins exceptionnels produits par un petit vigneron.
Il est indispensable de prendre rendez-vous à l'avance.
