Old renovated building offering a cuisine with local products in Houlle.

This old renovated building is located in the heart of the Audomaroise countryside. Philippe Loisel cooks local local produce while using spices and seasonings to perfection. He particularly enjoys tasting fish from the market, accompanied by champagne sauce. For dessert, the mijoté revisited or the passion fruit and raspberry soufflé offer audacious revisits. From the bread to the pastry, everything is homemade and you can smell it! The welcome is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly.

Très bon établissement, accueil très chaleureux et convivial,cuisine digne de Brillant Savarin, dommage qu'avec mon cancer je ne peux plus profiter , néanmoins je garde de très bons souvenirs et je m'offusque de certains avis qui ne connaissent rien à la Bonne cuisine Bravo et restez comme vous êtes, Bernard Alain

Au bout d'une impasse et en pleine campagne, il faut trouver, mais " ça vaut le detour". Une belle découverte pour nous ! Des produits frais et locaux , semble-t-il, préparés "à la commande ", un choix varié, une belle présentation d'assiettes généreuses, conjugués avec un accueil chaleureux et sympathique, et un service qui permet de savourer sans pression. Prix raisonnable pour cette qualité.

Lovely staff, and fantastic food from a husband wife team. Traditional French cuisine without any particular visual flair, but amazing taste. We called ahead and despite the language barrier (no English) they were able to keep the restaurant open beyond normal hours to accommodate our late arrival.

The restaurant itself looks unassuming, and not the easiest to find, but well worth it if you're passing by.
