This old renovated building is located in the heart of the Audomaroise countryside. Philippe Loisel cooks local local produce while using spices and seasonings to perfection. He particularly enjoys tasting fish from the market, accompanied by champagne sauce. For dessert, the mijoté revisited or the passion fruit and raspberry soufflé offer audacious revisits. From the bread to the pastry, everything is homemade and you can smell it! The welcome is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly.

Une très belle découverte à deux pas de chez nous. Le cuisinier propose une carte courte, avec des produits de qualité et locaux (escargots de radinghem, carottes de Tilques...). Tout est fait maison. La carte change au grès des saisons. Un véritable festival de saveurs et de justesse dans les plats. Nous reviendrons encore et encore ????

Nous y sommes allés pour la semaine des saveurs et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine excellente belle présentation très bon rapport qualité prix. Les vins étaient très bien choisis pour accompagner les plats. Je recommande ce restaurant.
