This old renovated building is located in the heart of the Audomaroise countryside. Philippe Loisel cooks local local produce while using spices and seasonings to perfection. He particularly enjoys tasting fish from the market, accompanied by champagne sauce. For dessert, the mijoté revisited or the passion fruit and raspberry soufflé offer audacious revisits. From the bread to the pastry, everything is homemade and you can smell it! The welcome is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly.
