The Aquarium welcomes gourmands in a stylish and elegant setting, around an ethanol fireplace. On the menu, varied dishes such as grilled beef with its hay-smoked potato or redfish bream and zucchini millefeuille. All homemade, just the way we like it! The desserts are also sought-after and always delicious, such as this pear poached in rosemary with its crumble and verbena ice cream. A refined cuisine, full of flavours and discoveries. Ce fut un régal du début à la fin. Un sans rien je n'ai rien à dire sauf foncez y !
Cadre soigné et agréable.
Personnel attentionné et sympathique.
Cuisine originale. Présentation soignée, recherchée, sophistiquée.
Saveurs fines. Desserts particulièrement impressionnants.
Une étoile en moins sur la cuisine à cause du plat principal (brochette d'agneau) qui était bon, mais trop fade à mon goût (épices oubliées ?). Le reste était top. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
