Gourmet bistro with a focus on local products and various local flavors.

In the village of Campagne-lès-Hesdin, make a stop at François Sauvage's table... A gourmet bistro during the week and a gourmet one at weekends, the establishment gives pride of place to local products, fine mixed salads and selected wines from fine cellars. Welsh, potjevleesch, gratinated from the sea (the Opal Coast is not so far away!), the flavours are local to the delight of regular customers. And if you enjoyed the meal, why not sleep in the guest room of the neighbouring Nuits Campagnardes and come back to enjoy it again the next day?

Très bon accueil. La cuisine est de qualité et locale. Très belle présentation à table. Nous y retournerons c'est sur. Toutefois faut être prudent, réserver, faute de quoi plus de place.
