Annual closure from mid-December to end-January and public holidays except May 8 and November 11. Closed Mondays and Sundays in December. Free admission for children under 11. Adults: €5. Children (aged 12 to 17): €3. Group (4 people): €11. Please allow 1 hour for your visit. Accessible to PRM but not certified. Animals are not allowed in the museum, with the exception of guide dogs. Children welcome (booklet available in French, ages 9-11). Audio tour available in French and English. Length of tour: 50 minutes. Booklet available in German and Dutch.
