In the store, you'll find farmhouse cheeses from all over France. Romain Olivier pugnaciously defends the know-how handed down by his father, Philippe. Here, forgotten cheeses are given a new lease of life. Their cheeses can also be found on the menus of some of the finest restaurants in the area, earning the Fromagerie a national reputation.
