The Métropole hotel, entirely renovated, benefits from a very good location in downtown Boulogne. White wood and cheerful colors brighten up the place. The rooms have comfortable bedding, a coffee machine and a bathroom with shower. Buffet breakfast is served in the room overlooking the gardens! For families, connecting rooms are available. The bar is open 24 hours a day with a Comtesse du Barry snack service. This is a welcoming and intimate hotel with a service that remains true to its good reputation.

Unfortunetelly, the first room they received was really smelly. They were aware of this issue because when I asked to changed the room. they seem not suprised.
Further room was old, coffee machine was not working and leaking water from coffee machine.
In the morning fire alarm went off twice, we went downstairs and it was false alarm.
Highly NOT recommended
Desayuno excelente,panes,dulces,frutas, croissantes,jugos de frutas.
