Gourmet bistro offering a menu composed of fresh products and home cooking.

Located in the center of the upper town, the Cévé is a gourmet bistro that offers a menu composed of fresh products. The setting is very pleasant in this old narrow house which also has a small terrace. The welcome is warm. As for the cooking, everything is home-made, the menu is displayed on the slate and varies regularly. You will find for example a duck breast with foie gras sauce and coffee or a salmon steak in a curry crust. On the slate you can also read the origin of the products, generally from the neighboring farms.

Beautiful food, the menu is not too big but that means the chef's really do perfect the dishes they serve! I actually think it's really good value for money too and the wine was tasty. Really lovely!

Tolle, bodenständige, aber sehr leckere Küche mit Twist. Die Austern in dreierlei Variationen zur Vorspeise sind sehr zu empfehlen. Und wer davor keine Angst hat, dem rate ich die Nierchen zu bestellen :-). Einen Punkt abziehen müsste man für die Weine, die sind leider "nur" ok. Aber Getränke werden in der Wertung nicht abgefragt.
Von daher: klare Empfehlung. Freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen.
