Update Dec 2023. Once again been for the most delicious lunch here. Service is impeccable, wine suggestions were spot on and the food was as good as I've eaten in any Michelin 1 star restaurant. Cannot recommend this place enough. A real diamond!!

Best in Boulogne.... this place is an absolute diamond. If i was told it had One Michelin star id believe it. Don't bother go anywhere else....it will not/cannot beat this (and I've tried most if the options)

Unpretentious and personal service from husband and wife Team. Whoever is in the kitchen is a fantastic talent.

The combinations are creative and delicious. To have on the same plate the most beautiful turbot, sea bass AND foie gras (cooked) is beyond indulgent but wow was it amazing. The stater of scallops, crayfish, salmon in a creamy sauce was a triumph too.

Wine list is varied with great recommendations from the main man at very decent prices

Also, they make a real effort to speak English to members of our group that didn't speak any French.

What a delightful meal. Will be back every time I pass here without exception....

Super restaurant!!! Pas bon marché, mais vous ne serez pas déçu!
Nous avons pris la formule entrée/plat pour le déjeuner. Poissons frais, superbe présentation, et les goûts sont merveilleux!
Personnel accueillant et aux petits soins pour leurs clients... que du bonheur!
Maintenant, le niveau est déjà assez élevé, ce n'est pas donné... mais à part cela, foncez!

Au fil du temps, La Plage est devenu une "institution". Les conseils de "Monsieur Laurent" vous raviront, avec quelques surprises bienvenues. La qualité des produits est irréprochable et ma note générale pourra étonner. Il y manque une étoile, c'est un peu sévère pour l'endroit mais j'estime que les tarifs des vins au verre sont... devenus trop élevés pour Boulogne sur mer.
