Open Mondays from 12pm to 2pm; Tuesday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 9pm; Saturday from 12pm to 2.15pm and 7pm to 9.15pm; Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €40. Lunch menu: 38 € (vegan 34 €). Wine by the glass. L'ardoise: choice of 5 starters and 5 main courses, except in July and August. Chèque Vacances, Chèque Restaurant. Groups welcome. Baby chairs. Restaurant Fleur de Sel is located in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Nous sommes venus manger dans ce restaurant après un passage à Nausicaa. Les plats sont pleins de promesses, les prix un peu cher sur le papier.
Dans la réalité, beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est servi, nous avons pris le burger Saumon, visuel très appétissant, au goût, un poisson reconstitué entre deux tranches de pain de mie. Une 20ene d'euros frites non comprises ! Le repas pour enfant à 13€ (frites non comprises également), je laisse la photo parler d'elle même. L'eau évidemment en supplément, à ces marges sur les plats, c'est déplacé.
