THE QUINTY'S PARK

This park is managed by the historic Brotherhood of Charity. It is in this place, where the 1187 epidemic was particularly rife, that Germon and Gauthier, the two blacksmiths at the origin of the order, met. Saint Eloi had appeared to them in a dream, inviting them to give a burial to the many bodies then abandoned. On the site, you will find a stele located at the place where the meeting between Germon and Gauthier took place and a recently restored chapel. Also to be discovered, a grotto which hosts a stone of Lourdes.
