The Florian is a real Italian restaurant located on the beautiful Grand-Place de Béthune. Here you can enjoy a true cuisine in the country. Pizzaiolo to the orders at the entrance, a typical ambience guaranteed and yet elegantly with a careful and contemporary decor. Pizza, pasta, meat and other antipasti wear selling names (map in Italian, this is even better), to pronounce with the accent if possible: …,…,…,…,…,...... Decoration and presentation. Sometimes, the service has a little bit of slowness in the art of living Mediterranean, but pleasure is at the bottom of the plate. Accompany your dish of a country's wine, if you want to take it, and also have a place for dessert!

Toujours aussi bon. Jamais déçu. Le meilleur restaurant de bethune. Carte restreinte mais variée personnel agréable. Difficile de se rendre ailleurs

L’excellence serait méritée, mais attention à la cuisson de la viande et les prix sont assez élevés.Pour le reste parfait ???? Jusqu’au service ,les conseilles et le cadre.

Soirée de la Saint-Sylvestre parfaite! Nous avions trouvé ce restaurant au dernier moment et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Grande qualité des produits et des plats proposés. Le menu a été parfait du début à la fin avec un service souriant et attentif. L'accord mets/vins était bien senti! En plus un petit peu de magie au dessert avec la fonte de la coque en chocolat par un autre chocolat chaud!
