Located on the Place des Héros, the historic heart of the city, the tourist office is the starting point for a visit to the belfry, the Boves or the magnificent ceremonial rooms. On the spot, "stay advisors" will help you to plan your program. City Passes allow you to visit the main sites at a reduced price and with complete freedom. They are valid for one year and can be purchased on site or online at the tourist office!

Low season: open Mondays, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm; Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm; Sundays, 10am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 6:30pm. High season: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm; Sunday, 10am to 12:30pm and 2:30pm to 6:30pm. Closed at Christmas and New Year's Day.
