The menu, of Tunisian inspiration, obviously gives pride of place to bricks, tajines (chicken tagine, olives, candied lemons, vegetable tagine with a choice of meat, etc.) and couscous. Served generously, the dishes can be accompanied by Tunisian, Moroccan or Algerian wines. Let yourself be tempted, as an aperitif, by one of the three homemade cocktails based on fig alcohol and, for dessert, by the inevitable oriental pastries. Friendly, the service is most attentive. In a typical setting, composed of blue and white earthenware, Carthage is an unpretentious place that will allow you to spend a pleasant moment.

Acceuil très chaleureux, hygiène au top, une cuisine excellente tant en qualité qu en quantité.
Très bon couscous, tajine délicieuse et service très correct malgré une salle pleine et un seul serveur.
Si vous chercher un bon resto oriental n hésitez pas le Carthage est le restaurant idéal.

Beautiful place! I had my first tangine and I’m inspired to try more! Dessert was tasty - we had the sorbet and the assorted pastries. Both were excellent! Staff were cheerful and efficient. Great care has been taken with the decorations… the tiling is gorgeous! You must try it!!
