Miners' house in Annezin, whose interior has been reconstructed with great authenticity.

The municipality has opened the doors of a restored and furnished miner's house in the heart of an 1880s coron. Discover the authentic interior of a mining home as it was between 1900 and 1920. During your visit, a guide (in French and English) provides details of the daily lives of miners and their families. You'll discover that, for the time, these dwellings were comfortable and heated. The house is packed with photos and other documents on Annezin's mining past.
