BRASSERIE SAINT-GERMAIN - PAGE 24

Craft brewery and microbrewery

The Saint-Germain brewery was founded in 2003 by three enthusiasts, Vincent, Stéphane and Hervé. As young, fiery and rigorous brewers, they wanted to impose strict rules on themselves to produce high quality beers. After major investments, the brewery continues to grow. The three creators have made it a point of honour to work as much as possible with the regional producers of barley malts and hops. Their success has not waned over the years and the brewery embodies this regional brewing revival even though the Hauts-de-France region has always been a historical cradle of brewing in France.
